Sue is a certified instructor in all Wiley DiSC products, Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, Crucial Conversations for Accountability and Developing Behavioral EQ. In addition, she is a certified instructor for The SLII Experience™ and Self Leadership™  produced by the Ken Blanchard Companies. 

 

Sue Jayroe is the President of Jayroe Consulting, LLC. Sue has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and over twenty years of experience providing talent management consulting services specializing in leadership and team development programs within a corporate environment. Sue’s experience also includes two years at M.I.T.’s Organizational Learning Center where she earned her leadership coaching certification. Sue is a certified instructor in all Wiley DiSC products, Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue, Crucial Conversations for Accountability and Developing Behavioral EQ. In addition, she is a certified instructor for The SLII Experience™  produced by the Ken Blanchard Companies.


Sue has taught leadership and team development programs globally with companies including Compuware, OneMagnify, Dynatrace, Techdata and Dematic.  Sue’s engaging and interactive teaching style has enabled her to help participants apply their learning to the challenges of their business environment in order to achieve business results.
